It's been about 6 hours since your survice visit on my and I can confirm that all the issues that I had been experiencing are no longer there. Richard is prompt, thorough, efficient, gives excellent advice, and even cleared up a few problems that I was not aware of. He knows his stuff, and is very pleasant to work with. He provides Excellent and affordable service when needed.

As usual, Richard was a great help. I really appreciate that he provides any new devices so I don't have to stress out over what is needed. I know that without his assistance, I would'nt have been able to use my new computer.
