Richard is very knowledgeable and highly communicative when it comes to computers. He traveled over 25 miles to reach me, made two trips, and tried his best to get my laptop up and running again. On finding a problem with the motherboard, he managed to retrieve a huge amount of data from my hard drive so that I could still use a good deal of that information on the next computer. Richard did a fantastic job, was honest with me, and worked diligently to solve my computer issue. Thank you, Richard! I will be calling you next time I need computer help!
